The Elsa Economic Development Corporation has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the lease and management of the City of Elsa Food Truck Park, located at 315 E VFW Ave, Elsa, TX, 78543. The EDC is requesting proposals from local entrepreneurs and/or management companies with the experience and funding needed to successfully operate the food truck park. Proposals must be submitted to City Hall, 102 S. Diana, Elsa, Texas, no later than 3:00 p.m. on February 14, 2023.
“We are excited to give local entrepreneurs the chance to make their mark right here in the city of Elsa,” said Daniel Rivera, Executive Director of the Elsa Economic Development Corporation. “Food truck parks have been making an impact in the RGV over the last few years, and we believe Elsa is ready to take ours to the next level so our residents can enjoy better dining and entertainment options without having to travel far.”
