Today, the Elsa Economic Development Corporation (EDC) is thrilled to announce the launch of a new series and campaign called “Elsa Originals.” The purpose of this initiative is to spotlight businesses that have proudly started right here in Elsa. These original brands are woven into the fabric of our town, and we want to tell their stories. We want to introduce you to the incredible entrepreneurs behind the scenes, share the community they serve, and showcase the products and services they offer that make Elsa so special.
Elsa Originals is more than just a recognition of local business owners; it’s a celebration of entrepreneurship, perseverance, and the close-knit community we have built here in Elsa. Through blogs, interviews, videos, and other engaging content, we aim to inspire the next generation of business owners by sharing the journeys of these local heroes.
To kick off Elsa Originals, we’ve partnered with ForkIt, a well-known social media influencer who highlights local restaurants across the region. Through this exciting collaboration, we’ll be highlighting six of our local restaurants, giving you an insider look at the flavors and personalities that make them unique. We will be dropping a new episode every two weeks, or you can binge-watch all six episodes on our YouTube channel.
And here’s the fun part – to commemorate this series, we’ve created our very own Elsa Originals Hot Sauce! You’ll be able to find this sauce, proudly featuring the Elsa Originals logo, at any of the featured eateries in our series. Whether you’re enjoying a meal with family or grabbing a quick bite with friends, look for the sauce and remember you’re supporting a homegrown business.
As we continue to grow, it’s vital that we celebrate our history, support one another, and lift each other up. This initiative is just one of the ways we’re doing that. We’re proud to offer a platform where these businesses can shine, where their stories can be told, and where future entrepreneurs can find inspiration.
